Cancellation Policy
Of course we hope you won’t have to cancel your event! However, if you do we will do our absolute best to rebook your date and to provide you a refund. In the case that we are able to rebook for your total contracted amount you will be refunded what you have paid so far. In the instance we are unable to rebook (typically if the cancellation is last minute) we will be unable to refund what you have paid. We recommend you obtain event/wedding cancellation insurance if you foresee the possibility of a cancelled event to protect yourself from this happening.
